All orders over $39 qualify for free shipping. If your order is under this amount, you'll be charged at the rate calculated by the courier. All orders are shipped via FedEx, USPS, or UPS.
You do not need to sign for your package.
Tracking information will be emailed to you when your order ships out.
Return Policy
If you purchased your products from blueridgenaturals.com then please contact us here. We will happily refund any products that you purchased within the last 30 days if you are not completely satisfied.
If you purchased your products from another retailer or website, please contact that retailer to initiate your refund.
Return Process
To initiate a return, please email our customer service here. Include your order number and reason for return in the body of the email. Our customer service team will respond as soon as possible with instructions on how to proceed with the return.
Return Shipping
